Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 working days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
There will be no deliveries for any orders placed outside of Malaysia.

We use reliable courier services such as CityLink, Line Clear, or J&T. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping may apply for minimum purchase amounts for teachers and music centres or schools only.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
