We accept refund requests within 2 days of receiving your order if the wrong item was sent, printing defect or was damaged on route.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at 012-232 9268 during office hours within 2 days of receiving your parcel with your order number, reason for refund, and photos of the item.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us at 012-232 9268 within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
