Schools And Centres Award Criteria

Award Eligibility

First-Time Recipients: Open to Music and Performing Arts Centres and Educators who have never received the award before.
Advanced Recognition Award: Past recipients may qualify if they are eligible for a higher award category.
Active Status: Applicants must be current Music and Performing Arts Centres and Educators actively operating within Malaysia.
Syllabus Delivery: Applicants must currently teach the Rockschool, RSL Classical or Stageschool syllabuses.

Evaluation & Selection

Data Verification: Awards are granted based on verified candidate registration data from RSL Awards Ltd.
Organiser Discretion: RockschoolAsia reserves the sole right to determine final categories and recipients.
Final Decisions: All selection decisions are absolute, binding, and not open to appeal or correspondence

General Provisions

Policy Amendments: RockschoolAsia reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Attendance: Awardees are required to attend the Award Ceremony to receive the Award or have a representative from their Centre/family/friend collect the Awardon the day of the Award Ceremony. No delivery will be made.
Event Changes: The organiser may cancel, modify, or postpone the awards due to unforeseen circumstances without providing an explanation for the change. Any cancellations or modifications to event are ineligible for financial compensation as participation is entirely voluntary.
Media Consent: Awardees agree to the use of their names, centre names, captions, images, videos, and audio for promotional purposes. The awardee grants a royalty-free, perpetual license and waives any claim to future royalties or financial proceeds.
